Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Corporate Trainer to join our team in Mississauga, ON. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for conducting training programs for employees at all levels within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement training programs for employees
– Conduct training sessions on various topics such as sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service
– Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as necessary
– Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop relevant programs
– Maintain training records and provide reports to management as needed
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development
– Travel to other company locations as necessary to conduct training sessions

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field
– Proven experience as a corporate trainer or similar role
– Strong presentation and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
– Experience with learning management systems is a plus
