Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
Our company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to team members
– Manage calendars and schedule appointments
– Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
– Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
– Maintain office supplies and equipment
– Answer and direct phone calls and emails

Qualifications:
– 2+ years of administrative experience
