Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Edmonton, AB

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team in Edmonton, AB. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing process improvements to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth operation of the facility
– Oversee and manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
– Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
– Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and safety standards
– Develop and implement strategies to optimize resources and reduce operational costs

Qualifications:
