Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, orders, and product information
– Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
– Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
