Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team in Guelph, ON. As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for representing clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with expert guidance throughout the real estate transaction process.

Responsibilities:
– Prospect for new clients through various channels such as networking events, social media, and cold calling
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties for clients
– Coordinate property inspections and showings for interested clients
– Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
– Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers or tenants
– Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
– Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry best practices

Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Agent
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other real estate software
– Valid real estate license in Ontario
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
