Position: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
– Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat
– Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and orders
– Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
– Meet and exceed customer service level agreements and key performance indicators

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
– 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
– Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if necessary
