Our company is seeking a Marketing Director to oversee the strategy for a three-year pipeline of innovation in On the Go consumption and Macrosnacks. The role involves coaching, motivating, and developing a team of three marketers.
Retail Store Manager

Our company is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee all aspects of our store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, exceeds sales targets, and provides excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee all store operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling
– Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets
– Train and supervise store staff, providing coaching and feedback as needed
– Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
– Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
– Maintain store cleanliness and organization
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
– 3+ years of retail management experience
– Strong leadership and communication skills
