Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, handling incoming calls, and organizing and maintaining files and records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and greet visitors
– Provide administrative support to office staff
– Organize and maintain files and records
– Assist with data entry and other general office tasks as needed
– Schedule appointments and meetings
– Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of administrative experience
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
