A Marketing Coordinator position is available with a dynamic marketing team in Vancouver or Calgary. The team is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join them in a collaborative environment.
Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
– Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
– Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
– Assist with the preparation of job offers and onboarding processes
– Maintain and update recruiting databases and job postings
– Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
– Previous experience in recruitment or HR is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities
– Proficiency in MS Office and recruiting software
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
