We are seeking a Lead Engineering Manager to oversee the Instrumentation engineering for a new mining project in North America. Our team at Peter Lucas Project Management is full of energetic and curious problem-solvers, and we are looking for someone to join us in this exciting role.
Title: Youth Worker

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000

Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Worker to join our team in Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to young people, helping them to develop their potential and lead fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities:
– Establish positive and supportive relationships with young people
– Plan and facilitate youth programs and activities
– Identify the needs of individuals and engage with them in a way that encourages personal growth
– Provide emotional and practical support to young people facing challenges
– Network with community organizations and resources to provide additional support for young people
– Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions and progress
– Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to supporting young people

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field
– Previous experience working with young people in a supportive capacity
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Understanding of the challenges facing young people and a commitment to making a positive difference in their lives
