Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Ottawa, ON. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in the effective management and operation of the store to achieve sales, profitability, and customer service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff
– Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
– Implement sales and promotional strategies to drive store performance
– Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
– Contribute to the development and implementation of operational plans
– Execute merchandising and visual presentation standards
– Manage and control store expenses within budget
– Uphold a clean, safe, and organized store environment

Qualifications:
– 2+ years of retail management experience
– Strong leadership and communication skills

– Post-secondary education in Business or related field is an asset
