Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role will involve a variety of tasks including managing phone calls, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and supporting other staff members. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task and prioritize work, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Provide general support to visitors
– Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
– Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and planning skills
– Proficient in MS Office applications
– High school diploma; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
