The Senior Marketing Communications Manager for Personal Health in Mississauga will be responsible for leading collaboration between various departments, including shopper insights, marketing, sales teams, and global Marketing and Sales. Responsibilities:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Maintain contact lists
– Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies
– Book travel arrangements
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
