Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative staff, and ensuring that all office functions run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

– Supervising administrative staff and delegating tasks as needed
– Managing office supplies and equipment inventory
– Coordinating office maintenance and repairs
– Assisting with budget planning and expense tracking
– Overseeing office scheduling and appointments
– Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
– Maintaining office records and filing systems
– Performing general office duties such as data entry, photocopying, and mailing

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of office management experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is also desired.
