This position will report to the Senior Manager, Planning & Scheduling and will be responsible for leading the critical capacity of the overall project plan in alignment with contractual requirements and business direction.

Description:
Our company is looking for a talented IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees in relation to computer systems, hardware, and software.
Responsibilities:
– Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues reported by employees
– Set up and configure computer systems and peripherals
– Install and maintain software applications
– Manage user accounts and permissions
– Perform system updates and patches
– Provide training and support to employees on IT equipment and software
– Ensure the security and confidentiality of company data
– Collaborate with IT team members to improve systems and processes
Qualifications:
– Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
– 2+ years of experience in IT support role
– Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and network troubleshooting
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– Certifications in relevant IT areas (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
