Job Description

Position: Receptionist

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $15 – $18 per hour

We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

Responsibilities:
– Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and polite manner
– Provide information to clients and visitors
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
