Location: Toronto, Ontario
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks, project coordination, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
– Maintain office supplies and inventory
– Assist with data entry and document management
– Provide support to staff members as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in an office support role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
