Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and providing financial reporting to management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:
– Prepare monthly financial statements
– Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
– Assist with budgeting and forecasting
– Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts
– Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
– Assist with audits and tax preparation as needed
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
– CPA designation is preferred
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting
– Strong understanding of accounting principles
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
– Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
