Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities:
– Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, painting, and repairing equipment
– Troubleshoot issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
– Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner
– Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents
– Keep accurate records of maintenance work and repairs
– Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
