Customer Service Representative
Location: Mississauga, ON
Our company is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to all customers.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide product information and assistance to customers
– Process orders, returns, and exchanges
– Handle customer complaints and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate teams
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Experience with CRM systems is a plus
