PrecisionERP is looking to hire a Bilingual IT Infrastructure Project Manager for a 6-month contract position at a client’s location.
Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to multiple departments within the organization by handling a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
– Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory
– Book travel arrangements for staff
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail
– Manage spreadsheets and databases

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
– Proficient in MS Office
– Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Strong organizational and planning skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration will be a plus.
