Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour

Job Description:

– Answer inbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general customer service issues
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
– Process orders and returns efficiently and accurately
– Assist customers with placing orders and navigating the company’s website
– Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues
– Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company in a positive light

Qualifications:

– Previous customer service experience is an asset
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
– High level of attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
