Job Description

Production Supervisor

Location: Toronto, ON
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year

We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet production schedules and targets
– Train and develop production staff to ensure high quality standards are met
– Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
– Implement and maintain safe working practices in the production area
– Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
– Maintain accurate production records and reports

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is an asset
