Job Description:

The Mobile Shop is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their team in Cambridge, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all shoppers and potential customers. You will assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs, answer any questions they may have, and ensure they have a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Assist customers in finding products and making recommendations
