Premium Retail Services is looking for Sales & Marketing Representatives to join their team, offering a base pay of $18/hour plus unlimited commissions. They are a top outsourced sales and marketing provider in North America and an Authorized Marketing Agency Partner.
Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, as well as handling general office tasks and coordinating projects as needed.
Responsibilities include:
– Assisting with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
– Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Organizing and maintaining filing systems
– data entry and record keeping
– Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations
– Assisting with event planning and coordination
– Providing general administrative support to the team
The ideal candidate will have:
– Previous experience in an administrative role
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong attention to detail
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
