Our client, a well-established and reputable retail company, is currently seeking a Second Assistant Manager to join their team in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about retail and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store
– Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with any queries or issues they may have
– Help in managing and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
– Uphold high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
– Assist in stock management and inventory control
– Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
– Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or assistant managerial role
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Excellent customer service skills
– Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
– Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as required
