Title: Finance Manager

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The Finance Manager will also lead a team of finance professionals and work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
– Monitor financial performance and provide analysis to senior management
– Lead a team of finance professionals and provide mentorship and guidance
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met
– Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
– CPA designation is an asset
– 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Experience with financial modeling and budgeting software
