Job Description

Position: Site Manager

Location: Ottawa, ON

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

We are currently seeking a Site Manager to join our team in Ottawa, ON. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects on site, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors on site
– Monitor progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with regulations
– Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
– Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project success
– Conduct safety inspections and ensure site safety protocols are followed
– Handle any issues or delays that arise during construction

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
– Strong project management skills
– Excellent communication and leadership abilities
– Knowledge of building codes and regulations
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
