Position: Social Media Specialist

Location: Toronto, Canada

Our fast-growing digital marketing agency is seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing social media campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our clients’ websites.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve client objectives
– Manage day-to-day social media activities including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring
– Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to track progress and adjust strategies as needed
– Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
– Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to optimize campaign performance
– Assist in developing social media advertising campaigns and budgets

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– 2+ years of experience in social media management
– Proficient in social media analytics tools and platforms
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
– Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus
