Job Description:

– Provide administrative support to the project management team
– Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
– Coordinate meetings and appointments for project managers
– Assist with project documentation and filing
– Answer and direct phone calls and emails
– Maintain office supplies and inventory
– Other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

– Previous administrative experience preferred
