Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone, email, and in-person. You will also be responsible for processing orders, handling inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries and providing information about products and services
– Taking and processing customer orders
– Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
– Maintaining accurate customer records and information
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer needs are met
– Assisting with other duties as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
