The Department of Commercial – Operational Solutions at ARC’TERYX is seeking a Program Manager, Operational Planning based in North Vancouver, BC. Reporting to the Manager of Global Retail Calendar and Communications, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operational planning within the company. Customer Service Representative

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients, both over the phone and via email. Duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer calls and emails
– Assist customers with product inquiries and orders
– Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
– Update customer account information as needed
– Provide support to other team members as required

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
