Job Description

Harbourview Property Management is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring the effective management of maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.

Responsibilities:
– Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, budgeting, and maintenance
– Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
– Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders
– Assist with leasing efforts, including showing units, screening applicants, and executing leases
– Prepare and present reports to senior management on property performance and financials

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management
– Strong knowledge of residential property management laws and regulations
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to multitask and work independently
– Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office suite
