Position: Account Manager

Location: Mississauga, ON

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
– Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met
– Prepare and present reports on client account performance
– Attend client meetings and provide updates on project progress
– Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– Proven experience in account management or client services
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
