Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $16 – $18 per hour

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer calls and emails
– Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
– Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests
– Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
– Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
– Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
– Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Requirements:
– Previous customer service experience
