Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $15.00 – $20.00 / hour

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. In this role, you will answer customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services.

Responsibilities:
– Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Process orders and returns
– Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
