Job Description

Position: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Provide technical support for products and services
– Identify and escalate customer issues as needed
– Maintain customer records in the database
– Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns
– Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
– Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
