Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on construction projects and be comfortable with physical labor. The Construction Laborer will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on the job site, including but not limited to, carrying materials, demolishing structures, operating equipment, and cleaning up debris.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with the preparation of construction sites before, during, and after projects
– Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks such as drilling, sawing, and cutting
– Load and unload materials from trucks and assist with inventory management
– Collaborate with the construction team to ensure project deadlines are met
– Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience working in construction or a related field
– Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods of time
– Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
– Knowledge of basic construction practices and techniques
