The Project Coordinator in Vancouver reports to the Project Manager and assists with project management, safety, and quality. They keep the Project Manager informed of progress, discrepancies, questions, and any impacts on the project.
Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems within the facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working with commercial HVAC systems, as well as experience with general building maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
– Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment and systems within the facility
– Troubleshoot and repair issues as they arise
– Conduct routine inspections to ensure facility is in good working order
– Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
– Assist with facility improvements and upgrades as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Minimum of 2 years experience working in facility maintenance
– Experience with commercial HVAC systems
– Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
