Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and directing a sales team to reach and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and management, as well as strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
– Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
– Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and training as needed
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
– Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
– Prepare and present sales reports to senior management

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– Proven experience in sales and sales management
– Strong leadership and communication skills
