Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18 – $20 per hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and emails from customers
– Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
– Process orders and handle returns or exchanges
– Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of customer service experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Bilingual in English and French is an asset
