The Audio-Visual Project Manager at Paladin is responsible for overseeing complex projects with significant value that involve multiple departments.
Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology projects and possess excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities:

– Plan and oversee all aspects of IT projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
– Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are on track
– Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues
– Communicate project status updates to key stakeholders
– Develop and maintain project documentation and reports
– Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
– Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
– Participate in project meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in IT project management
– PMP certification is a plus
– Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
