The Project Manager in Corporate Facilities is responsible for managing large or multiple capital portfolios in a coordinated manner. They work under the general guidance of the Manager of Facility Planning and Development or their delegate.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions
– Conduct customer transactions accurately and efficiently
– Promote CIBC products and services to customers to meet their financial needs
– Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and targets
– Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures

Qualifications:
