The main purpose and function of the Project Manager is to report to the Senior Project Manager in the Project Delivery Branch. They will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary civil consultants and other departments to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Description:

Position: HR Business Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX

We are currently seeking a HR Business Analyst to join our team in the Dallas, TX area. The HR Business Analyst will be responsible for partnering with HR professionals to gather, analyze, and document system requirements for various HR systems, including but not limited to payroll, benefits, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and systems, as well as experience in data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with HR professionals to understand business needs and requirements for HR systems.
– Analyze current HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
– Develop detailed system requirements documents based on business needs.
– Partner with IT teams to implement system changes and updates.
– Provide support and training to HR teams on system usage and best practices.
– Generate and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
– Ensure data accuracy and consistency in HR systems.
– Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR systems and technology.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
– 3+ years of experience in HR systems analysis or related role.
– Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, including payroll, benefits, and performance management.
– Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
