Medical Director

Company: Xavier Associates

Location: Toronto, ON

A well-established healthcare company in Toronto, ON is looking for a dedicated and experienced Medical Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and direction to the medical management staff in order to ensure quality care and services are provided.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide clinical oversight and guidance to medical staff
– Develop and implement medical policies and protocols
– Collaborate with leadership team on strategic planning and decision making
– Monitor and analyze quality of care and outcomes data
– Maintain current knowledge of best practices and regulations in the healthcare industry
– Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, insurance providers, and regulatory agencies

Qualifications:
– Medical degree with current license to practice in Ontario
– Board certification in a relevant medical specialty
