Location: North New Hope, MN

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in North New Hope, MN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and via email.

Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
– Providing product information and assistance to customers
– Processing orders and returns
– Handling customer complaints and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes

Qualifications:
