The Project Manager I at BC Children’s Hospital in Vancouver, BC will be responsible for establishing project charters, plans, and objectives to outline timelines and deliverables. They will also be responsible for executing the project plan.

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 a year

Job Responsibilities:

– Assist the Director of Operations in overseeing day-to-day operations of the company
– Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements
– Supervise and support operational staff, providing guidance and training as needed
– Analyze performance data and report on key metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities and achieve shared goals
– Participate in budget planning and monitoring to ensure operational expenses stay within approved limits
– Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance operational processes

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
– 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
– Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
– Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
– Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
