Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and via email. You will assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
– Answer inbound calls and respond to customer emails
– Handle customer inquiries and provide support with product information
– Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and returns
– Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner
– Provide product recommendations and upsell additional products or services
– Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
