The Project Manager I at BC Cancer in Vancouver leads and coordinates support and improvement projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. They also track relevant metrics to measure project success.
Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. You will assist customers with inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services.

Responsibilities:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Process customer orders and ensure accuracy in product specifications and shipping details
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
– Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on order status and delivery times
– Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
– Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
– Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution setting is a plus

Expected salary: $88900 – 127923 per year
