The job description is for a Customer Success Manager position:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and successful use of our products. Key responsibilities include onboarding new clients, conducting regular check-ins to address any issues or concerns, and identifying upsell opportunities. The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, build strong relationships, and act as a liaison between the client and internal teams. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have a track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention. Experience in a customer-facing role and knowledge of CRM systems are preferred.

Expected salary: $106026 – 152413 per year
